This property was a redevelopment of a historic site on the corner of 3rd and Massachusetts Ave in the Capitol Hill District. With only plans and architectural drawings to go on, NRG worked closely with the landlord to create the desired tenant mix to activate this high-profile corner location.


We utilized a mix of marketing, promotions and a tailored search throughout our network of resources. Our approach to finding the right fit for the tenant mix was to solicit strong local companies that were in expansion-mode to explore the possibilities of opening another location within the historic district of Capitol Hill.


3rd and Mass. Ave is close to being fully leased. The tenant mix met the expectations of the landlord and both residents and visitors to the District have a place to go and meet up within the neighborhood. This not only created amenities for the residents, but made the location a destination spot for locals and visitors alike.
