Growing Team of Retail Strategy Associates Increases Firm’s Landlord and Tenant Representation Services

Washington, DC (November 2016) — Neighborhood Retail Group (NRG), a commercial real estate leader specializing in the unique challenges of the retail sector, recently announced its addition of two retail strategy associates, Kristen Page Emond and Dana Susan Nebinski, to support the company’s ever-expanding client base.

As retail strategy associates, both Emond and Nebinski will aid in market and site analysis, site selection and transaction management, lease negotiations, business development and participate in the creation of financial analysis for retail tenants and landlords.

A New England native, Emond attended New York University earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Fine Art and Italian. In 2014, she relocated to Washington DC to attend Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business, focusing on public policy and brand management. While attending Georgetown, Emond was introduced to NRG and began interning with the firm. Now recipient of an MBA and licensed in Washington, DC and Maryland, Emond brings a creative marketing and analytical skill set to the NRG team.

Nebinski grew up in Great Falls, VA and attended the University of South Carolina where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and Journalism and a minor in Psychology. Prior work experience with real estate firms Transwestern and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank fueled her passion for exploring groundbreaking retail concepts. Nebinski is a licensed real estate salesperson in both Washington, DC and Virginia.
